About the Role: I am looking for a consistent, heart-centered individual to care for my 20-month-old son for 3 hours a day (flexible for either mornings or afternoons). We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Why this is a unique opportunity for a Montessori student: This is more than a typical childcare position. As a fellow Montessorian, I have designed our home environment to support the child’s independence and development. This role offers the chance to work within a prepared environment and engage in professional dialogue with an experienced guide.

AMI Primary trained
AMS Lower Elementary trained
Master’s Degree in Education via TIES (The Institute for Educational Studies)
Current Parent Educator
Requirements:
A deep respect for the child and a commitment to Montessori principles (specifically regarding independence and freedom within limits).
Reliability and a warm, observant presence.
Background in or current enrollment in a Montessori training program (Infant/Toddler or Primary preferred).
Details:
Schedule: 3 hours daily (Monday–Friday preferred, but open to discussing a 3 or 4-day schedule).
Location: Niwot, in the Boulder area.
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
