Admission Criteria
TMI actively seeks students of diverse backgrounds and interests.
Successful candidates demonstrate the following qualifications for program participation in TMI’s teacher training programs.
Academic skills for success in a comprehensive program of study
Clear oral and written communication
Organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate within a community
Commitment to Montessori education and human development
Basic technological proficiency (personal computer use, Google Shared Drives, Google Calendar, and Zoom)

A non-refundable application fee is required at the time of submission:
$100 for applications submitted before October 1
$150 for applications submitted on or after October 1

Two professional or academic references
