PERMANENT HEAD OF SCHOOL DULUTH, MINNESOTA
Many Rivers seeks a permanent Head of School to build upon the exceptional foundation, the passion for high-quality Montessori education, and the collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit fostered in the school’s first 11 years. Following recent leadership changes, the MRM Board of Trustees has launched a nationwide search for a permanent Head of School, to start in July 2026. As the school transitions from a start-up mindset toward long term sustainability, the Board is looking for a next Head of School who can continue to deliver values-driven Montessori excellence while also building systems and structures that will enable the school to thrive for years to come.
Many Rivers Montessori has engaged Triangle Associates of St. Louis, MO to advise the school on its search. 1. Cover letter addressed to the Permanent Search Committee expressing interest in and qualifications for the position.
2. A current resume or CV.
3. A statement of your educational philosophy (1–2 pages).
4. A list of five references (including email addresses and telephone numbers) who can be contacted confidentially at the early stage of discovery.
5. Three letters of reference.
The Search Committee will begin reviewing candidate applications in July and the position will
remain open until filled. Interested candidates wishing to be considered in this pool are encouraged
