The Montessori Schools is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish AMI-Certified Primary Lead Guide Candidates who is fully proficient in both English and Spanish for the 2025-2026 school year.

The first campus of The Montessori Schools, The Montessori at Flatiron, is located near the iconic Flatiron Building and beautiful Madison Square Park. Our second campus, The Montessori in SoHo, is situated in a custom-built facility on Sullivan Street, featuring both indoor and outdoor play areas for our students.

All Lead Guide candidates must have:

• An AMI Primary Diploma

• A Bachelor's Degree

• Full proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• A joyful, positive, and grounded presence

• Strong professionalism and dedication to the Montessori philosophy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional candidates have the above and:

• Master's in Education

• 2 years experience

• New York State Teaching Certification Birth to Second Grade

Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 or more based on experience
