🌿 Mountain Willow Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide!

We’re seeking a patient, nurturing, and dependable individual to support our Lead Guide and help create a calm, organized, Montessori-aligned environment for young children.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1–2 years of experience working with young children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• An interest in Montessori education
• A willingness to work toward Colorado Group Lead qualification

This is a full-time position in Colorado Springs (80904) . Montessori experience is a plus, but a genuine love for supporting children is essential!
