The Application Process:

Your application submission will include:

• Completed application form submitted via Populi

 • Statement of intent

• Resume

• Two professional or academic references required, three are preferred

•Medical form

• Official transcripts

• A non-refundable application fee of $100 must accompany the application when submitted before December 1. After December 1, the application fee is $150. Once TMI receives your completed application, we will schedule a personal interview with you.
