The Montessori Children's House of Denver has an opening for an ECT Qualified Toddler Community After School Coordinator.

Candidate will be working with 1-3 year-old students in a Montessori environment. Experience working with this age group is preferred, but not required.  Montessori experience is a plus.  Compensation is based on experience and education.  Benefits are available for all full-time staff members.

Hours for this position are 10:30-6:00 M-F (Full Time)

The person in this position is responsible for planning after school activities and leading the after school program and is an integral part of our community. 

Duties include planning and implementing a Montessori after school program, collaborating with other staff members, preparing snacks, covering breaks, cleaning/organizing the classroom, and general support of the students' learning environment. 

Ideal candidates will be caring, compassionate, organized, professional, committed to MCHD's Values and Guiding Principles (see below), and enthusiastic about helping children learn. Ideal candidates will be committed to professional growth and willing to build and maintain positive working relationships with other staff and parents. 

MCHD is a private, accredited school located in the heart of Denver, CO about 20 minutes from downtown Denver and about 45 minutes away from the mountains.
